We are travelling to Chrousso on the 6th July for a week. Four children in tow girl age 15,boy age 11, girl age 10 and boy age 7. Any other children going and most importantly those of you who return before the 6th July can you let me know if there is a big screen showing the World Cup and what is the food like?

Hi gill, we are flying out 29th june for two weeks. We also have a daughtere of 15 and one 6.We have read a lot of good reviews about chrousso but also a lot of bad ones. I must say that the bad things were things that seemed trivial to me. Lots of people have mentioned the amount of wasps there. So make sure you pack loads of repellent. I am sure it will be great, lifes what you make it.see you there.!!!!

Just come back from a week in Rhodes Thursday a.m. it was very hot about 30 degrees one day. The locals said it was a mini heatwave and unusual for that time of year and the mosquitos were a real pain we all got badly bitten despite repellant and plug ins in the room! Somebody recommended an electric shock type zapper to be used once bitten! Never used one but supposed to be very good and available at Boots takes away the itch and swelling.

I expect it to be equally as hot in July. I cant wait 5 weeks yesterday to go! Ive told my older daughter there will be another girl there the same age does she go on MSN we will have to get them to get in touch.
