Re: Any nice cocktail bars in hanioti? - 17 years ago
There are quite a few good cocktail bars, personally my favourite is Kelfos. Try the Pink Thong it is gorgeous, they have a large selection of cocktails and will even make up a cocktail of your choice if you want to try something different. Good music and friendly people!by Nicola - Halkidiki
Re: Good food in Hanioti - 17 years ago
Yeah i agree with Steve about Zorbas, lovely food and the owners are aery friendly, another good restaurant to go to is Erodios just down from Angelo Hotel, they have a large menu to choose from, which can sometimes be a problem (can't decide which to have) and in the Square there is Tropicana which again has a large menu and very nice food.by Nicola - Halkidiki
Re: flight only to thessaloniki - 17 years ago
I always book with Thomas cook, flight only, return. i found they were the cheapest and easiest to use, but definately couldn't beat the cheapflights one for price!!! Also i always fly from Birmingham and that is the nearest airport to meby Nicola - Halkidiki

Re: Angelo Apartments hanioti - 18 years ago
Hi Karen, The pics of the pool aren't the best, it must have been a cloudy day. There are loads of sun loungers aroung the pool and they are directly in the sun. As the pool is beside the bar, in the evening half of the pool can be in the shade, but that is not always a problem, in fact can be a welcome retreat to get out of the sun!!! Which holiday company have you booked with, depending onby Nicola - Halkidiki

Re: Hanioti for 3 young ladies??? - 18 years ago
Hi Claire, if that is what you are looking for on holiday, that is what you will get. It is not quiet, but hardly 18-30! The liveliest time to go to hanioti is june-july time, that is when it is the busiest. September can be a bit quieter. All of the bars are open in the square and you will find some great restaurants and cocktail bars, there is also a small club and beachbar which is open 24 hby Nicola - Halkidiki
Re: Bars in Hanioti - 18 years ago
The Waikiki bar and the beach bar are completely different places. Waikiki is very near Hotel Angelo and there are two each bars, one at the beach down from the hotel end and one just by the square. The beach bars are open 24 hours, so the night out can last as long as you do !!! The bars in the square stay open til about 3am, good cocktail bars to people watch with some good music, Kelfos andby Nicola - Halkidiki
