1 Week to go, is seems to be hotting up over there, one thing seems to be worrying us over here, has the price of everything gone up a lot over there, we are getting reports here that prices for restaurants and drinks are very expensive this year. Please give any advise you have on prices.

Most of Restaurants and tavernas oweners , kept the same prices as last year as well as some even drop- down their prices !!! As I cannot speak for everybody else, I can give you some of our prices for the most common Greek dishes and Drinks in the ‘Akropolis’ restaurant, Kriopigi.
- Tzatsiki: 2.10 euro
- Taramosalata: 2.10 euro
- Greek Salad: ( proper) : 4.10 euro
- Mousaka : 6.10 euro
- Souvlaki; 6.10 euro
- Stuffed Peppers & tTomatoes 6.10 euro
- Pork Chop: 6.10 euro
- Lamb Chops; 7.40 euro
- 1 litre House Wine; 4.10 euro
- Half litre Beer ‘MYTHOS’ 1.80 euro
- Coffee: 1.80 euro
- I want to believe that those are really good prices !! and as the exchange rate of the pound getting better (was 1.10 yesterday) you shouldn’t have reasons to worry about and you may be able to extend your holiday!!!

Back from Kriopigi now. Had a fantastic week at the a Alkion doing nothing.
Shame about the cloud in the mornings but the storm on Friday night was great.
Efharisto Saki for a great night last Saturday and your hospitality (can't remember the Greek for that).
Already looking for flights for next May.
