polichrono is not that big we stay in hanioti and walk to polichrono and pefkohori without getting lost, I wouldn't worry to much about it. When you are there you will be given fliers etc for restaurants, bars etc and these will have everything on. I think its very hard to get lost. You can also pick up a magazine in some of the bars and restaurant's called the Halkidiki experience which may give you some idea's where to go. I recommend you visit Hanioti at least once and you have got to go in the evening for a meal and absorb the atmosphere, with the restaurants and water fountain lit up at night.
