In a few weeks we shall stay in Halkidiki, and we are really looking forward!
Among others, we are very curious to see the monasteries along Athos by a sea excursion.
I have been looking for companies that are offering such an excursion, but I only found Ormos Travel in Ormos Panagias (Agios Nikolaos, at the beginning of Sithonia). The sea excursion by Ormos Travel starts at 9.30 a.m. (and boarding at 9.00 a.m.). As we 'll stay in Kriopigi, it won't be easy to reach Ormos Panagias so early in the morning (or we have to miss the breakfast in the hotel).
So we are asking ourselves: are there also excursion boats in Ouranopoli, for example at 11 a.m., so that we can take easier our time...?
