hi, i've been a few times at the end of sep/early oct and you have little worries regarding the temps... easily in the high 70's to early 80's...beach wear is the answer...it can cool down in the evenings but remember your in Greece not the UKby brian_the_gent - Halkidiki

i now live north of Aberdeen so even Manchester is a 6/7 hour drive...i have done via Gatwick by air but the flts do not always connect so its means overnight hotels and extra costsby brian_the_gent - Halkidiki

a few back when i started travelling to Hanioti i could get flts from Glasgow/Newcastle but now my nearest dep point in Manchester...at this rate soon only be London flts !!!!!by brian_the_gent - Halkidiki

jo jo....never been as early as 18sep....i usually arrive between 28sep-05oct and its still busy and lively...since the fires the season appear to finish earlier as almost everyday in oct another restaurant closes up...weather wise when i go still very warm although you can catch some rain but very little by british standards !!! 2 years ago we arrived on the 28th sep,staying at the Angelo aby brian_the_gent - Halkidiki

just wondering what holidaymakers who are in Hanioti at the moment or recently returned would comment on how busy the resort hade been this summer...as i have benn a couple of times in the last 3/4 years at the end of sep and seems quieter each year...so interested to see if the main summer months are holding up...by brian_the_gent - Halkidiki

i was at the bar in mid oct'06 when they were closing up for the season and brought down every football strip and they were talking about going to limassol,cyprus to set up and by the last night the bar looked so bare with all the football strips off the walls etc...have'nt heard any concrete details of them since then,also agiss was going out with Joanne i think her name who at that time did theby brian_the_gent - Halkidiki

hi, i stayed at the Angelo in '06...different entertainment each night,within 4/5 minutes walk you have a choice of around 5/6 restaurants+ 4/5 bars and a further 5 mins on you have the 'square' with a even larger range of restaurants/bars.you find that you go out for a meal have a walk a few drinks and before you know its midnight or you return to the Angelo to enjoy the entertainment the rby brian_the_gent - Halkidiki

i was in Hanioti 2 years ago at a similar time...generally the weather was very warm with more rain about and we found that almost everyday in oct another bar/restaurant closed for the season however there were still a good selection to choose from and also many of the very well known places kept open Amestytos/nick's bar/stones etc etcby brian_the_gent - Halkidiki
