We have arrived back in Luton safe, we have been home about an hour now, thank Yannis for dropping us off at the ariport. Once again we have had a great time and enjoyed the Greek night last Saturday. Once again thank you for the great car hire. Arrived home on Monday after spending 2 relaxing weeks in Kriopigi at the Alkion. Thank you so much for your hospitality, and for the brilliant service when hiring the Jeep. (We managed to find the turtles this year.)

Sorry we missed the Greek Night, but am sure we will return next year to dance on the tables again.

Where are these turtles, we have been here six years now and have looked but never found.

We had no problems finding the turtles this year, there were loads, also some very big fish. If you go to Polichrono and follow the new turtle signs you should have no problem. They are, at the most, a quarter of a mile away from the small church, we wondered how we missed finding them for the last 8 years. Will try and put some pictures in the photo album.

It seems, from sakis' most recent post, that the weather can quickly change from around 32 degress to around 24 degrees - this is a big change!!

I am due to visit Hanioti with my partner on 29th Aug for 2 weeks (first time to Greece) - should we expect hot temperatures?

We are hoping for above 30 degrees.
