We're new to the forum but not new to halkidiki.We are looking to spend a year in Halkidiki and are looking for a rental property for that period. We're looking for a house/apartment close to amenities and close to the sea. Anyone have any ideas which agencies have rental properties available? Spent many holidays in the Sani area over the past 15 years.

Hello everyone,

We are looking for a rental for 4 months during summer 2018 (1st June to 30 September). What is important for us is to be on the ground floor, away from crowded beaches and close to the seafront. We are interested in the following locations:

Sithonia: around Vourvourou and Nikiti
Kassandra: around Polichrono and Fourka.

I need an apartment with 1-2 bedrooms and a living room+kitchen.

We are open to other suggestions if the beach and surroundings are nice for a family of 4.
