Hi
Probably a daft question but I am looking to get married next year in Halkidiki. We are booking with Thomas Cook and their wedding brochure states weddings are carried out in Kassandria or Pallini. The question is, is Pallini town hall the same place as Hanioti town hall? We are going to stay in Hanioti and I really want the ceremony to be as close to resort as possible for my guests.
If anybody can recommend any traditional taverna's in Hanioti for reception too that would be great. Many thanks

Weddings are carried out at Hanioti town hall (in the administrative district of Pallini) only on Friday so you need to arrange your holiday/honeymoon around Friday, as to a traditional Greek taverna, you could try the Old Tavern just down the road from Pella Beach hotel, run by a guy called Dimitri, who lives in Weston Supermare during the winter, or maybe Zorba`s just off the town centre and a lot nearer to the town hall. They are both good
