Some brochures say the hotel is 5 kms away from Nikiti village, other say it is in Nikiti, on the beach.

There are two "LILLY ANN" hotels. One is 5 kms away from the village of Nikiti, and the other one is in the village of Nikiti.

I think that is the same owner in both hotels, that's why they have the same name.
The one in Nikiti should be "LILLY ANN VILLAGE HOTEL" and the other one "LILLY ANN BEACH HOTEL".
My office is very close to LILLY ANN in Nikiti, so I'll check it out and let you know.

I was right, "LILLY ANN VILLAGE HOTEL" is in Nikiti and "LILLY ANN BEACH HOTEL" is 5 km away from Nikiti village.
