Thanks for the info. It would be better if we could have his number as we need to check with our landlord exactly whose responsibility this is, and he is due to come over on Friday. If you could email his number in a private message we can contact him if necessary. It would be nice to have the number in any case for emergencies.

We live in Mola Kaliva on the other side of the peninsula.
