Does anyone know if its possible to take a motorcycle test in Greece and be able to use the licence in the UK?

I doubt it, you would have to take a seperate car test so I assume it's the same for bike's.

I don't think you can. You will be able to ride in the UK on a foreign license but only for a certain amount of time before you have to take your test. I think it's 12 months.
Cars it's different, bike rules are more strict I think.
I could be wrong, not certain on the details. If you're a British resident, how long you've had the license etc.
Check out the DVLA, they'll be able to tell you.

I believe that you can. Greek license is an EU license and you can use it in all EU countries.
The problem is that can't have the test in such a short time. And is not only the driving test. What about written tests. I do not know if you can have these tests in a language other than Greek.
