trying to contact them by e-mail but messages not getting through, wondered if you knew anything jane?

All I know Terry is that they are terrible at using the email system ! I usually resort to phoning them, I have mobiles, shop number and home. If you want them email me jane@onecal.co.uk and I will let you have them. Jane
