Is it worth taking Euros to Sani resort, or is there some where on the Marina that you can change Sterling into Euros, and do you get a reasonable rate?

Is it worth taking much cash with you as I have heard that you can charge everything to your room?

Hi Raj, only take a few sterling from here, wouldn't bother with travellers cheques, if you got a Nationwide CC, use that, I got a rate of 1.466, you can change money at reception, got a rate of 1.43, and there is also a ATM in the Marina, so in conclusion don't take many Euro's from UK. I charge a few items to my room, then paid at reception by Nationwide CC, got a excellent rate and no commission. Hope that helps, have a good holiday.
