We hadn't been to Greece for 5 years, so noticed a lot of difference.
Restaurant food was approx 5 to 10 € for a main course, house wine you could get some good Reds & Whites @ 5 € for a Litre (we had plenty of that!!!). We paid between 18 and 25 € on average. 5 star Metaxa was 4 € but you get a good measure for that. Beer was 2 or 3 € - depends on type and bar.
We bought 200 B & Hedges for 25 Euro's (prices are fixed whether you buy them).
In general a lot of things worked out in Euro's what we might pay in pounds - you can still eat out cheap if you shop around and eat local type dishes.
