Hi there Su, we've just got back from staying at Skendos Apts. Say hello to George, Nitsi, Stelios and Limoni for us, a lovely family and really well looked after apts. We have stayed at Skendos 3 times before! If you want good food, plenty of it and a good price, go to Acropolis Taverna, turn left at the traffic lights 50 metres on the opposite side of the road, car hire and money changed here as well. Cafe Classic next door for a game of pool, again say hello to George, Christina Nico and Yianni. And if you prefer a good old English breakfast or even a Sunday roast! call in to Flavours (turn right at the traffic lights 100 metres away) And once again say hello to Stewart and Angharrad, ask him if the gas is O.K.! Don't stay around the pool, you may miss spotting dolphins out at sea!! Visit the other villages and towns either side of Kriopigi. By the way we are Noel and Clare.

Su,

We've just returned from a week in Kriopigi. We had a lovely holiday. However, the weather was not good. It rained for the first three days (no sun at all) then we had a mixture of showers and sun. When the sun eventually came out though, it was very hot.

Our favourite restaurant was in Kalithea. Helenas taverna.

We found prices to be quite high (the £ is very week at the moment) compared to say, Turkey or Tunisia, but still not as expensive as the UK.

I recommend you hire a car if you want to visit other villages/towns. The bus service around Kriopigi is extremely unreliable.

I hope you have a nice holiday.

Sally
