Has anyone been to the town of Afitos as we are going in July and cannot find out much about it

We are going to the Elia Apartments

hello, I am a frequent visitor to Afitos, i love it,It is a village with alot of character, there are several tavernas, gift shops, supermarkets etc also a couple of music bars.Although its usually quiet it will be busier in July as the Greeks from Athens and Thessalonika visit.The locals are wonderful, very friendly and helpful,Harris taverna is a good place to eat and for a good night of Greek dancing and local entertainment try The Dromos bar .You can make it as quiet or as noisy as you want it to be ,so just enjoy,Iam sur you will
