John, we have been to see these apartments today. We have contacted Lucia to meet her on Monday to look round.

What type did you buy, one or two bed. Did you buy it to rent, and if so did you find renting it out easy? How did you advertise it.

Many thanks for any info. We are currently renting a maisonette for three years on the other side of the peninsula, but are thinking of buying a small apartment to rent out in the meantime and use for holidays and rent in the future. These seem ideal for the beach, square and other tourist villages.

We have a 2 bed. We have not tried renting only letting freinds and family use it.

of course Jeff! We are still doing our research as we are renting for three years ourselves. But our current place is for long term use with our dog and we are looking to the future when we can only come over for a few weeks or so every now and then, and therefore rent out the rest of the time. We are having trouble getting some info at the moment from those in the know !

Anyway, we will sort something out one way or the other soon. Dont forget we are here next year and we are coming to your celebration!
