I wonder if anyone reading the forum has bought an apartment in Halkidiki and rents it out. In paticular, if you have bought one of Georges in Polichrono it would be nice to get some detailed information.

We obviously know the area well having been coming over for 30 years, but we need a bit of information as to the pros and cons of renting out an apartment, advertising, maintenance etc.

We will be viewing Georges tomorrow, so any information from those in the know would be great. Also we are considering one in Pefkohori, so anyone with apartments there than can help with any info. In particular, the tax situation? We have an AFM, Greek residency permits so there is no problem on that front.

Hoping to hear some helpful information soon please.....
