O.k so i know what i'm allowed (or rather NOT allowed) to take from U.K airports but usually when i go to Greece i bring my beach bag back with my cigs etc in it & have always been allowed to use that as hand luggage,can anybody tell me what is allowed to be bought through as hand luggage on the way home now please?x

Just got back on Thursday and we had bottles etc and I had a open bottle of coke and nobody said anything.

They did scan everything though, even the suitcase prior to check in.

So other than a few extra checks you can bring the same as usual back.

Cheers for that.Yeah they've been scanning the cases for a few years now anyway.I'm sure they can't have a problem with my bag full of fags seeing as i'm allowed to bring them out of the country anyway!Just thought i'd best check first.x
