Just a few meters from Trani Ammouda, the sandy beach with turquoise waters, on the Sithonia peninsula, are the Studios "Sarakatsanou Maria".

It is a family run business that offers studios that can accommodate up to 4 people each, as they  feature a double bed and two bunk beds.
All studios have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, WC/shower, TV, air conditioning (A/C) and balcony. In the lush green garden that surrounds the building you will find a children's playground, a barbeque and covered parking area.
The port of Ormos Panagias is nearby where there are restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, super-market, shops, etc. From here day cruises round Mount Athos depart every morning.
In the picturesque village of Agios Nikolaos, which is ~ 3 km away, you will also find a medical center, police station, post office (ELTA) and pharmacies.
