All studio flats and apartments, which can host up to 4 persons, have fully furnished kitchens, toilet, air-conditioning (A/C), TV and balcony with a view over the sea.
The luscious green of the surrounding area also has umbrellas and seating along with a covered parking area.

A short distance from the apartments visitors can fine restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets, and the centre of Neos Marmaras (c. 800m away) has a large number of shops and services (police station, doctor’s surgeries etc).
