By one of the most enchanting beaches of Sithonia in Chalkidiki, Trani Ammoudia, (awarded the blue flag of the European Union), which reaches 2,5 km in length and has crystalline turquoise waters, and at a distance of 50 meters from the sea, the studios “House Maria” can be found.
The complex is made up of 14 studios, which can accommodate up to 4 people each. All of them have air conditioning (A/C), a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, bath, satellite TV, as well as comfortable verandahs with a view of the sea.
It is surrounded by a 2.500 square meter garden with a lawn, flowers and trees. There is also a playground, a private parking area as well as a kiosk with an outside barbeque.

At a distance of 400 meters, in the cove of Ormos Panagias, there are super markets, fast food restaurants, restaurants, pizzerias and a bus stop, while in Agios Nikolaos (3 km.) you will find a medical center, pharmacies, police station, post office and ATM’s.
