It is located in front of the sea, in the lush green location of Agia Kyriaki, and 6 km from Neos Marmaras in Sithonia, Halkidiki. It is surrounded by a 4.5-acre garden and offers unobstructed views of the vast blue sea.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a WC with a washing machine. On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with A/C, and a WC with a shower. The one has a double bed with a balcony and stunning mountain and sea views, and the other a double bed and 2 singles with a large window with a view.
There is also a spacious verandha with a dining area, a garden swing, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and flower beds with greenery that frame the outdoor area.
