General discussion and questions about Halkidiki.
Re: Hanioti Park - 15 years ago
Hi Mike There is also a crazy golf course just off the square. The walk from Hanioti to Pefkorhori is a really nice one and you can walk along the lower road which is the beach road. Half way down is a lovely little bar with a great garden which goes right on the the beach. Enjoyby shirleya - Halkidiki

Re: Hanioti village - 16 years ago
Hi Rach Going to HVH on 30th August (eight weeks today) for the 10th time which I think you will find, speaks for itself! We often meet up with others who also go time after time. The hotel is run by two Greek/Australians, Perry & Billy who are great fun. They have a fantastic techno system and if you have any favourite CDs- take them with you. The weather is generally very good bby shirleya - Halkidiki

Re: Hanioti restaurants - 17 years ago
Hi Phil The Garden is still open and just as fab as ever. Zorbas still open but didn't go in there last year and I believe the Lesse restaurant is under different management. If you like good food and by the sounds of it, you do, then you must try Erodios (1 minute further on from Zorbas, past Amythestos, also very good, especially for breakfast!). it is great, try the fish and George will cby shirleya - Halkidiki
Re: Things to see and do? - 17 years ago
When I went it was dinner (of sorts) drinking and a musical duo, not suitable for little people. The sunshine cruise was also fun but that was a booze cruise. They get you dressing up and playing games etc..!by shirleya - Halkidiki

Re: Bar On the Beach - 17 years ago
It wasn't this one that was badly damaged by the fire, it was the one further along by the Lesse and Hanioti Village Hotels.by shirleya - Halkidiki

Re: Hanioti - places to go!! URGENT!!! - 17 years ago
Dean try the breakfast at Amethystos (between the two supermarkets) on the way to the square from the Lesse. I hate to say this but their chips are wonderful!! I don't eat them at home but they are famed for them!! Also try the Garden restaurant - it's on the right on the road that leads from the sqaure to the beach.... Flying out myself on Saturday!!!
