Hi all,

I will arrive from Prague to Tessalonika tonight at 3.00 a.m, I´m going to spend 5 days in the zone. Frankly I do not know much about the zone. I am considering in moving to the hadikidi peninsula but I am not sure wich one of the "legs".

I want some place very very quiet, sun and some fun in the night. Besides I am trying to find someplace to stay next to a beach. I am looking for a guest house or little apartment.

Please do give any advice you can have.

Hi Alberto,

There is a diferense between two of the peninsulas, Kassandra and Sithonia. Kassandra is more tourist exploited therefore not so very very quiet, but I have more experiense from the east side of the peninsula. Pherhaps the west side of Kassandra is more quie. Kassandra peninsula is greener than Sithonia and all places is close to the sea. Appartments or rooms ( not guest houses) are quite easy to find because many private persons rent. Unfortunently I don´t know so much about Sithonia.
