looking to go to halkidiki next year but have read that the transfers down to kassandra or sithania an be up to 3 hours in july and August - does anyone know if this is true or why?
advice would be greatly recieved.

It is the hight of the holiday season so traffic is bad.It will also depend on where you are staying and how many drops there are before yours
