Akrathos Houses Polihrono - Exist? Can´t find any reference!

I found Akrathos Houses Polihrono on some web pages, looks very nice but 30% downpayment is required. How i can find if im comunicating with real owner or the place even exist little bit paranoid, but i cant find no review on www.akrathoshouses.gr
