Louise - fret not, the beach in Pefkohori is fine. I'm not long back from two weeks there. It will be packed, you might find that it's a bit saner up at the northern end near Danny's restaurant (also known as Akroyiali or something like that...).

The diving club on the main street will tell you about the wreck, I think they do trips out there.

glad to here that you have chosen us as your holiday destination. We do provide cots, have you requested one when you booked? It doesent matter , there are plenty available.


The beaches in pefkohori are just as nice as the other towns so dont worry. You may walk past the jetty and find lovely sandy beach. You dont have to go miles away.

ich bin Annett und lebe in Deutschland. Seit einigen Jahren kommen wir regelmäßig und privat nach Pefkohori. Dieses Jahr können wir leider nicht nach Griechenland.

Ich bin deshalb dringend auf der Suche nach der e-Mail-Adresse oder Telefonnummer der Apotheke (farmakio) auf der rechten Seite der Haupstraße in Pefkohori, wenn man von Hanioti kommt. Der Apotherker spricht englisch/deutsch und hat noch eine kleines Restauant in einer Seitenstraße, wo wir immer lecker essen.

My wife and I used to know a guy called Themis who years ago worked alexandros rest in hanioti - then in a place in Pefkohori - I heard he and his wife set up a hotel in Pefkohori ? We have great friends in Hanioti Thanasis & menya - whos families own the hotel tambos and central cafe.

I am due to come to Pefkohori in September but have recently had a spell in hospital in Wales. Can you tell me what the hospitals are like in the area and where they are? I am worried that I might have a recurrence of the problem and at the moment I am not sure whether to risk going ahead with the holiday or whether I should think about cancelling.

Any info would be gratefully received.

Hi Rita.I am coming to Pefkhori on September 22nd and staying at the Pilalidis Apartments.As I am holidaying alone,it would be nice to find a friendly bar to visit in the evenings after dinner.Could you tell me how to get to your place from Pilalidis and I will come over to say hello and have a drink (Metaxa five star is my favouite after dinner tipple!) I am into music such as Cafe Del Mar and Hotel Costes so can anyone recommend any good bars in the area that play chill-out? Read lots of good things about Pefkhori,hope the weather will still be hot at end Sept.Had several Greek holidays on my own in the last 3 years and always met lovely new friends each time so hope this hol turns out the same.Can't wait!! hi, i just returned back to london pefkohori was great. I went to villa elia and ate every night, family business its got lamb on the spit which is very traditional and they are open all year around, who ever goes should try it.
Its at the old village square.

I would just like to say a big hello and thank you for a wonderful summer season as your airtours rep.... it was my last summer season repping and fabulous memories..( being thrown in the pool on a daily basis!) ... and those egg butties..
