Have stayed there in the past about 3 years ago, have stayed there on three ocations. Rooms are of average size and include a fridge and keep very clean and regular linnen change. As you have possable seen the area around the pool has many sunbeds and only at really at high season is thre a problem to get one but we always managed. The staff are always helpfull and frendly, infact we alway go back to have a drink there and have become friendly with the barman Robert. The resturant can get a bit crowded as it not really big enought when the hotel is neer full The food always has plenty of choice cooked in Greek style,as there are somany places to eat in Hanioti we prefer B/B or room only. Some tour operators list it as 4 star but thats optermistic by English standards, but would stay there again no problem. Have booked this hotel through agents in the past and do it DIY but things are very uncerten at the moment. We fly out on Sunday for a end of season break, just may have a brink in Central cafe Yamus.

Thank you for your comments,,we booked it because it is near to the central square for ease for my father in law who has mobility problems,,we too prefer self catering, but we have in laws traveling with us next time.
You may have gathered from previous threads, we are extremly good friends with thanasis, menia who own the central, if its not to much trouble could you please pass on our very best wishes.
Hope you have a brilliant relaxing break- thanks again.
take care.
