Anneta's House is located in Nikiti, just a few meters from the beach and the center of the village. It consists of two newly constructed buildings with six studios, three of them on the ground floor and three on the first floor.
The ground floor studios have an area of ~28.5 sq.m. and can accommodate up to four adults each as they have a double bed and double sofa bed. The first floor studios consist of two levels and have an area of ~30 sq.m. They can accommodate up to five people each. On the main level there is a double bed and a single chair bed and on the top level a double bed.
They all have a fully equipped kitchen, WC/shower, TV, air-conditioner (A/C), Wi-Fi and balcony.
Within walking distance there shops and service while at Nikiti's promenade you will find restaurants, pizzerias and cafes.
