In the exterior back side of the building there is a large green fenced garden, while on the ground floor in the front side of the building there is a Bistro-Café where you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee.
Ikaros cottage 46sq.m is a detached ground floor house that can accommodate up to 4 persons. It consists of a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen-living room with a corner sofa that converts into a double bed and a small dining table, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a WC/shower. The cottage has direct access to the large green fenced garden and to its private canopied terrace of 25sq.m with a large dining table.
Both accommodations are providing electric stove with oven and ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator, all cooking utensils, electrical appliances, air conditioning, smart TV , iron and ironing board, hair dryer, free Wi-Fi access, portable barbecue and safe parking area.
In walking distance from Ikaros Philoxenia you can find restaurants, super markets, cafe, souvenir shops, water sports, boat rentals and ATM. Moreover in the traditional Agios Nikolaos village (~10km) you can find Health Center, pharmacies, dentist, pediatrician, Police station, ΑΤΜ, Post office and many traditional restaurants with live Greek music.
