The Villa Ioannis complex is a family business right next to the sea, in Vourvourou, in  Halkidiki's Sithonia peninsula.
It is comprised of 8 studios which can host 3 persons each and 4 two-bedroom apartments which can host 5 persons each. A baby cot can be added in both cases if required.
All studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, television, air conditioning (A/C), balconies and a small safe box.
The complex is surrounded by a beautiful green garden where you can find kiosks, a BBQ and private parking area while the sandy beach is ideal for small children.

Being located in the center of Vourvourou it ensures easy access to restaurants, pizza restaurants, super markets etc., all located within a very short distance.
