The villa is surrounded by a well kept garden with a barbeque. It is situated right next to the woods and the local beaches are within 300 meters.

In the area of Stavronikita there is a marina, a cinema, a theater as well as restaurants, super markets, shops, etc, which are easily accessible with the local public transport (mini bus). It is worth mentioning that every year the Sani Festival is held with numerous cultural and musical events.
