Theoxenia apartments are located in one of the most impressive settings of Greece, with a panoramic view of Mount Athos and the many different islets in the area.

The area is characterized by its numerous creeks, calm seas (perfect for water sports) and its green pines.
Our accommodation is on the Sithonia peninsula, between Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou, 110 km from Thessaloniki's airport.
The apartments consist of two rooms with large verandas, to accommodate 2 – 4 persons. They all have air-conditioning (A/C), TV, fully equipped kitchen and fridge and guest may also use the swimming pool (adults' and children’s), BBQ, bar, kiosk, parking area, basketball court and marina for small boats.

Around 1000 m from our apartments, guests can find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and whatever else they need for their holidays. Day trips can also be organized from here, such as a tour round Mount Athos on a boat from Ormos Panagias or beach trips throughout the Sithonia area.
