"Sofia's & Lakis' House" is located in the area of Agios Nikolaos, in Sithonia, close to Ormos Panagias and 800 m from Livrohio, the most beautiful beach of the area.

The fully renovated building (was renovated in 2010), is surrounded by a fenced large garden where there is covered parking area, playground and two barbecues.
It has double and triple studios, all with fully equipped kitchen, WC/shower, TV, air conditioning (A/C) and balconies overlooking the sea and Mount Athos.
For larger families or groups, there is also an apartment that can accommodate up to 5 persons. It consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, WC / shower and a has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 air- conditions (A/C) and TV.

From "Sofia's & Lakis' House" you can visit the square of Agios Nikolaos with the traditional taverns, have a lanch in one of Ormos Panagias' restaurants located by the sea, and enjoy the clear blue waters and sandy beach of Livrochio.
In Agios Nikolaos you will also find a medical center (Health Center), pharmacy, a police station, ATM, super markets, etc, and you will have the opportunity to see from a short distance Mount Athos and its monasteries, as daily cruises round it depart from Ormos Panagias
