Naias Studios are situated in Neos Marmaras, Halkidiki on a hill, between the two village squares (a distance of 150m), giving the visitors a chance to admire the wonderful view, with the sea on one side and the mountain on the other.

The rooms are equipped with an air conditioner (A/C), television and refrigerator, most of them with a balcony and a view towards the village and the sea.
They also have a small electric cooker suitable for preparation of simple meals (i.e. breakfast), plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, water heater, etc. (pots and pans are not available). Also, there is a barbeque in the yard for our guests use.
The maid visits daily, and changing of linen & towels and cleaning is done every fourth day (service does not include washing of dishes or the kitchen sink in general).

The beautiful and sandy 2km beach is situated about 800m away (2 minutes by car), where you'll find Beach Bars with umbrellas and beach chairs.
You can enjoy your morning or evening walk next to the sea, in the center of the village, where you'll find all you want during your vacation: cafe-bars, restaurants, pizzerias, super markets, souvenir shops, etc.. Neos Marmaras also has a Police station Doctor's Surgerys, Banks and a Post Office.
