Our home is nestled in a lush green 4000 square meter garden, with a lawn, trees and flowers,  150m from the beach of Livrohio (Trani Ammouda), one of Halkidiki's  most beautiful beaches (awarded with the E.U. blue flag every year).
Our studios are one or two roomed and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people each. They are fully equipped with a kitchen, cooking utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, television, bath and large balcony with a view to the sea.
The surrounding area has private parking, a children’s playground, barbeque, brick oven, as well as a kiosk where guests may enjoy their coffee or meal.

The port of Ormos Panagias is located 400 m away where there is a super market, bakery, restaurants, bars as well as a bus stop with daily routes to and from Thessaloniki, while in Agios Nikolaos (3 km) there is a medical center, pharmacy, post office and ATM.
