I am looking for 4 bed apartment with 2 separate rooms for 4 adults in Polichrono/Pefkochori/Chanioti/Kriopigi?...in the begining of Aug 2013.
I would like to know about the price for renting apartment directly from the owners.

I look for best low price of the cheapest accommodation in apartment in the period 08.08.2013-20.08.2013. for three families from Serbia:
1) two adults and two children (2 and 4 years)
2) two adults and two children (4 and 9)
3) two adults and three children (8.8 to 12)

The conditions are: Proximity to the beach, 100 m, on the floor in a quiet area, a desirable parking for 3 cars.

If the price is acceptable, we are ready to immediately pay the money for the book and the rest of the money on arrival!
