Do they only keep the "good" reviews in this site?????

Recently, i had a really bad experience regarding Nikos appartments , at Agios Nikolaos. I posted my review, but it has been removed completly . What does this tell you about credibility ??? Could you relly on the reviews posted currently in this site ,when you know that the administrators keep only the good ones?
