August is usually very hot - high 30s in the day and warm at night. Certainly not cold on the beach!! It may rain maybe for a few hours, as nobody knows with the weather nowadays, but if it does rain it will not last. This is the hottest (and busiest) time of the year...
I have just got back today and we went to the beach every day and swam in the sea, it was roasting!
