could someone please tell me how you get to the nearest supermarket from the Sarantis Apartments please.

I don't know where the Sarantis apartments are but you will find many small supermarkets, more like grocery stores, all around the tourist areas as well as in the non tourist villages.

There is a big Massoutis which is more like what you would probably call a supermarket, selling most things, in Hanioti on the main road and also one in Kallithea as you enter the village on the main road.

There is a Lidl just outside Athitos.

There is another one called Arvanitidis with branches around the peninsula.

Small locally owned supermarkets are usually very good and not much more, if any, expensive than the larger ones, they just don't sell absolutely everything.

Never go to the supermarket Αρβανιτίδης in Hanitoti. They are cheating at the pay-desk!
Better Massoutis.

From the gate onto the main road, turn right walk past Lemonis, across the road leading into Hanioti, carry on for 40 metres, you`ll be outside Arvanitidis..OR turn left and walk 80 metres and you`ll be outside Masoutis
