Dear Andy,

Thank you for your enquiry concerning wedding photography on the 29th June 2012 at Sani. I can book with you on this date, we have no other wedding as yet, however, your will need to confirm. At the moment, I seem to be having a problem with my e-mail, which is agortzas@otenet.gr, so for the time being can we communicate through the halkidiki forum. As soon as my e-mail has been repaired, I will contact you through the forum and let you know, but things in Greece are a little slow!!!! I can inform you with prices etc if you wish also through the forum, let me know. My husband, who is the photographer, has a very good knowledge of the Sani Resort, and knows where to take the best pictures.

Also, before the wedding, if you wish to meet with me to see proofs and weddings album samples, this is no problem. I can come to Sani Resort, or we have a shop in Kassandria, which is about 20 minutes away from the Sani Resort, and every Tuesday, the Sani Resort have a bus service which brings you into Kassandria for the Tuesday market.

If you require any information, please contact me again.

Regards

Julia

Hi Everyone,

I have found your information most useful. We are also in the process of planning our wedding for September 2012. We're staying at Sani Beach Hotel but have opted to have the wedding ceremony at Hanioti Town Hall as Kassandria Town Hall can only carry out weddings on Fridays. We decided we'd like to get married early in our second week so have opted for Hanioti. Has anybody else done this? If so, I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know how the plans are going.

Does anybody know how far away Hanioti is from Sani? We don't know whether to stay in Hanioti for the celebration on the day or return to Sani, Can anybody recommend places to go for the reception meal (9 adults, 2 children) or things to do in Hanioti on our wedding day? I think we're going to have to hire the coach for 6 hours (from the extras pack) as I think it will cost just as much for 3 taxis as Hanioti is further away than Kassandria.

Hope your weddings we're as beautiful as you imagined, good luck with the planning if your big day hasn't arrived yet!

Hi everybody...

I know its been a while since anybody seems to have posted on here but I was hoping you may be able to help.
I'm just in the process of looking into a sani beach club wedding and wondered if you have any tips/advice?
I'd love to see what the town hall is like if anybody has any pictures. It Will only be my partner, our son and myself going so obviously a low key event. Have you found it easy enough to find alternative photographer/ transport to those suggest by the
resort? Also, with it just being the 3 of us there, a nice meal and drinks will be all we require, do you know if it Will still be possible to have some sort of ceremony in the resort? I wasn't sure if it all comes as a package. (still waiting to hear from Anna)

I appreciate any information you have to offer
thank you yawning smiley) x

Dear Jacqui

I have just read your post on the forum. I am English and have lived in Kassandria, Halkidiki, Greece for the last 25 years. My husband is a photographer and specialises in wedding photography. He has worked with english tourist operators for many years, such as First Choice etc. Of course our prices are very competitive, and if you are interested I can send you package prices. We can take photos at the local town hall (Kassandria, where we live), beach photos etc. We have photos on the Halkidiki forum and also on Facebook: Photo Agortza and our site www.photoagortza.gr where you can see weddings which have been taken at the town hall and the resort.

If you require information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind Regards

Julia

Hi Jacqui,

My fiancé and I are looking at wedding venues and the Sani resort has popped up. I really like the look of it and like you it'll only be myself, my fiancé and our little boy attending.
Can I just ask how your wedding went? I hope it was a fantastic day for you all!! Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks in advance,

All the best,
Katie x

Hi,

My partner and I are looking at getting married in summer 2018 and have approx. 50 - 60 guests travelling with us. We are currently concerned about how private the dinner reception and party will be and I wonder if anyone has any previous stories or suggestions on how to make this a fairly private event. We are looking at having dinner at the Greek in Sani Marina and then the after party at either Sea You bar or Mojito bar.

My main concern is I want there to be speeches at the meal and so I want it to be mainly just our guests and I'm not sure how they would separate us from normal diners. And also we are looking to have the open bar at the after party and I don't see how this will work if they are having other guests also coming in to the bar.

Any previous stories or suggestions would be appreciated smiling smiley

Hello,
We are considering this beautiful place for our wedding in April. My soon to be wife's dream wedding is a beach wedding. Our party size is 2 (no guests). so, it is basically a ceremonial event, a chef served dinner on the spot, and of course the photo shoot. what is the minimum realistic budget we should expect? and who do we contact for the arrangements?
