I have noticed that some members have a photo by there name, is it possable to insert one now or would it best to create a new fourm name.

click on "Control Center" (top of forum, just before "Private Messages". On the "Personal Profile" page, click on "Avatar" located on the left column, under "Options". From there, just follow the instructions.
