we are looking to get a taxi from the airport ( thessaloniki) on may 25th to polichrono any ideas on how much it will cost and one back a week later.

My best answer to your question will be to contact Sakis ("the weather men" and rent a car from him, from my experience he is great man, open to all kind of agreement! This would save the money for you and it gaves you a chance to see all the nice places till Polichrono maybe some more.
