Hi Janet, just some more ideas.
Have you tried contacting Sakis at the Acropolis in Kriopigi re your reception - he does a great Greek night and am sure would be able to do something Greek themed.?
There is also the Sweet Coffee Shop in Kriopigi that does after wedding do's, they do both Pasta, Pizza, Sandwiches, Burgers, Crepes etc.
Not sure if Casablanca in Kriopigi do them, but worth asking Debbie.
Other places I have seen wedding receptions at over the last couple of years:
Diamandis fish restaurant in Siviris, right on the beach
Anthoulas in Kriopigi old square
Aegean Melathron hotel near Kallithea
Pallini Beach near Kallithea
.....and of course, Sani Beach Club. But I think you have to get married there to use the reception facilities.
Most Greek tavernas will do them, we went to a marvellous one at Paliori where the whole village square was taken up, but that was for a local Greek wedding.
Just some suggestions to give you a good choice. I have only been to Greek receptions, one at Paliori the other in Thessaloniki, so my ideas are just a recommendation from knowing the area.
