Our newly built studio flat complex, "ANNIO", is located right beside the centre of Nikiti, about 100m from the sea.
The complex consists of comfortable and spacious studio flats, all with fully furnished kitchen, fridge, toilet/shower, TV, air-conditioning (A/C) and individual balconies.
All studios can accommodate up to 4 persons, and an extra bed can be supplied on request.
The studio flat complex gardens are laid to grass with flowers, and also have a kiosk with barbecue facility as well as a private parking area. 

The local village market teems with life throughout all hours of the day, offering a wide selection of shops such as supermarkets, shops selling local handicrafts, jewellery shops etc, and the road running along the coast has plenty of restaurants, pizza restaurants, cafes and beach bars..
