AGNANTI Studios and Apartments are located ~50m from the center of Neos Marmaras, and around 100m from the sea.
There are two-bed and three-bed studios available, as well as four-bed apartments, all with private balconies with a view of the sea and the village's small port. Furnishings include a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, toilet/shower, TV, air-condition (A/C) and hairdryer. An extra children's bed can also be provided on request for the three-bed studio and for the apartments.
There is also a reception area as well as a barbecue grill for use by our guests.

The shopping area in the village has supermarkets, shops selling local folklore items, jewelry shops, restaurants, pizza restaurants, cafés etc. Neos Marmaras also has a post-office, police station, banks, ATMs, doctor's surgeries and chemist shops.
